All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local & state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner & that the he/she is of legal age. The Tinder Box & Swiss Army Knives Online will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, The Tinder Box & Swiss Army Knives Online assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE:
As we are human, constantly changing & adding to our site, you will occasionally find errors on this site. Errors in price will not be honored. We will cancel any such orders & email you with the correct price. If you accept we will re-instate your order or refund your order before it has been shipped.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Not all products are in stock at all times. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order we will e-mail you with a shipment date. You can then instruct us if you would like the item to be shipped or have us refund your order. If you need a product by a specific date or need expedited shipping such as Second Day Air or Next Day Air be aware selecting such does not mean your order will ship the next business day. Place arrival date needs in the "Notes" field during checkout, or call during normal business hours for verification & status. You will receive an email on the date your order ships with the tracking number, except for overseas & FPO or APO addresses. The additional shipping costs & handling will then be charged to you with your confirmation.

SHIPPING DELIVERIES:
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. If your order shows an "UNCONFIRMED" address provided by the buyer/purchaser through PayPal, you associate all risk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped "Standard US Mail" 4 - 21 day International mail" (delays may occur for weekends, holidays and Customs delays for your country. We do not guarantee delivery, nor are we responsible for International orders because of delivery issues outside our control.) Please be prepaired for longer delivery times for international orders.

RETURN POLICY:
Swiss Pocket Knives Online.com, Swiss Knives USA.com & The Tinder Box, Riverside want you to be happy & satisfied with your purchase! We will gladely except any returned item for exchange within 14 days of purchase, excluding all shipping costs. Because of PayPals new return & disputed charges we do not offer refunds. All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging. Engraved & used items are not returnable. Please return unused items by shipping in a sturdy box. Be sure to include your name, address, e-mail & phone number. We suggest you send your package using a method that can be tracked, either US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All of the products on this site, carry a manufacturers' warranty & are assumed to have been inspected for quality & defects before leaving their respective factories. We do not open & inspect every product unless instructed to do so in the notes section during checkout. We will gladly replace any defective product during our 14 day exchange policy. Please inspect your shipment immediately after receipt before using the product. Please return items by shipping in a sturdy box. Be sure to include the item, original packaging, defect discription, your name, address, e-mail & phone number. We suggest you send your package using a method that can be traced, either US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS. Send your package to the address below.
